EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
If your order was placed between the 22nd of November 2018 and the 24th of December 2018, you are eligible for our Christmas Return Policy and have up to the 1st of January 2019 to return your full price items. Please contact Customer Care at email@example.com by the 1st of January to obtain an RA number. Your order must then be returned within 10 days.
You are shopping on our international site, all prices stated below are in US Dollar (USD$).
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all international orders over USD$200.
For orders below USD$200, the below shipping option is available:

All international orders are shipped with DHL using Shippit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frame is an estimation provided by DHL and delivery time may vary between countries. Generally the closer you are to Australia, the sooner you will receive your package!
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period. If you are after an update on the status of your order, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
P.E Nation does not take responsibility for orders misplaced or lost once marked as “Delivered”. If you are not home when the driver attempts delivery, a card will be left with details for you to re-organise delivery.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E NATION, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
RETURNSAlthough we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
P.E Nation will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
- Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including an R.A Number obtained by our Customer Care
Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 15 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Contact our Customer Care via email@example.com to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
- Complete returns form accordingly and include with your return
- Post your return back to:

Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that P.E Nation does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish you purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.
P.E Nation does not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. The shipping method in which you decide to return to P.E Nation is completely up to you, we suggest looking around for the cheapest local service. Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as P.E Nation cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely!
