*All Australian & New Zealand orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia with either Australia Post or DHL International Express. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for.

We unfortunately are unable to deliver goods to a PO box or Parcel Locker.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am that same day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotional activities and sales.

New Zealand Shipping

New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL, using a DTP (Duties Taxes Paid) service. P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by NZ customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E Nation, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
