Returns within Australia and New Zealand

Although we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

 

Extended Holiday Returns 2024:

  • All orders placed online from 1st December 2024 to the 24th December 2024 have an extended return period of 60 days from the date of ordering, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made online on or before 30th November 2024 or on or after 25th December 2024 are subject to our standard return policy of 30 days from the date of ordering.
  • All purchases made via our George St or Bondi stores (only) from 1st December 2024 to the 24th December 2024 have an extended return period of 60 days from the date of purchase, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made instore on or before 30th November 2024 or on or after 25th December 2024 are subject to our standard Returns Policy of 60 days.

Please note that returns during our Sales and Holiday period between November to January may experience an extended delay in processing due to increased volumes and Public Holiday closures. If your return has been marked as delivered to our online Returns Centre, our team will process this as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience during this time.

 

Conditions for return

  • You have a valid proof of purchase from P.E Nation Online via www.pe-nation.com or our P.E Nation George Street or Bondi Retail stores;
  • Online orders can only be returned via an Online request, and cannot be accepted in any of our Retail boutiques;
  • Purchases made via our George Street or Bondi Retail Boutique can only be returned to the same Boutique and cannot be accepted via an online request. Purchases made via our Liverpool Outlet are final sale and not eligible for change of mind returns;
  • Online return requests must be initiated and placed in the post within 30 days of your order date; Retail returns must be received back in our boutique within 30 days of your purchase date;
  • All returned items must be original and re-saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and unused and with original tags attached;
  • All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

Full priced items (including full priced items on temporary markdowns or promotions):

      • Instant refunds of up to $1500 via refundid on full priced items (for purchases made Online within Australia only) or
      • Refund to your original payment method or
      • Store credit.

Sale items:

      • Store credit or
      • Exchange (in-store only^).

Sale items marked with a FINAL SALE* tag:

      • Not eligible for return unless assessed and deemed as faulty.

^Exchanges are currently not available for items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another size, please place a new order and email our customer care team at info@pe-nation.com for assistance in returning your existing order.
*Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.

Return Shipping:

  • Free (pre-paid) return label is available for returns within Australia only;
  • All costs associated with returning items to P.E Nation outside of Australia (from New Zealand) are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit terms and conditions:

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue;
  • Store credits are issued in either AUD, or NZD based on the original purchase currency, and are unable to be exchanged for any other currency, cash, or any other form of credit;
  • Store credits issued in AUD via www.pe-nation.com can be redeemed Online at www.pe-nation.com or at any P.E Nation boutique in Australia; Store credits issued in NZD via www.pe-nation.com can only be redeemed Online at www.pe-nation.com;
  • Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit;
  • Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen;
  • Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.

Consumer Guarantee:

All purchases are covered by consumer guarantees and rights under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law. If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed via our Customer Care team to determine an appropriate remedy.
