Delivery and Returns
You are shopping on our Australian & New Zealand site, all prices stated below are in Australian Dollar (AUD$).
We offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for all Australian and New Zealand orders over AUD$150.
For orders below AUD$150, the below shipping options are available:

All Australian & New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL using Shippit. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation from Shippit via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by DHL and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time in which P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for.
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.
Please note: we are unable to deliver to PO boxes due to DHL policies and procedures.
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
New Zealand orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service. P.E Nation cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by NZ customs, and any additional charges rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes. Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E Nation, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
Although we hope you love all your items from P.E Nation, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
P.E Nation will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned with 10 days of receiving your order
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition
- Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including an R.A Number obtained by our Customer Care
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, other than in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. P.E Nation reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Contact our Customer Care via firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an R.A Number. Quote your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
- Complete returns form accordingly and include with your return
- Post your return back to:

Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. Please note that P.E Nation does not offer direct exchanges and if you wish you purchase a new item then you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.
Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as P.E Nation cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely! P.E Nation does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
