  • Q. Where is P.E Nation located?

    We are based out of Sydney, Australia. All our online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. 

  • Q. Is P.E Nation available to purchase in store?

    We are stocked in retailers worldwide. Please check our Stockists Page for retailers in your region. The full range including Online Exclusives are always available at 

  • Q. How does the 10% sign-up discount work?

    P.E Nation offers a complimentary 10% discount for all first time customers that sign up to our mailing list. You will be sent a unique coupon code to your inbox shortly after signing up. The coupon code is to be entered at the checkout, and will apply to all full price items in your first order. You must create an account and be logged in for the coupon code to work. If you are experiencing issues with the coupon code, please get in touch prior to making your purchase as we are unable to reimburse or refund a discount or voucher amount once an order has been placed. Please refer to our terms for further information.

  • Q. I want to receive P.E newsletters, how do I sign up?

    You can sign up to our mailing list in the newsletter field in the bottom toolbar, or in the pop up when you first visit our site. By signing up, you will be the first to know about new product, sales and P.E events, as well as receiving a 10% sign-up discount.

  • Q. Which currency is used on this site?

    You are currently shopping on our international site. All prices indicated are in US Dollar (USD$) and will transact in USD$ at the checkout. You will have the option to display prices in other currencies, however all payments made will be processed in USD$.

  • Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

  • Q. Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship to most countries worldwide but unfortunately cannot deliver to Russia. If you are a Russian customer, please get in touch and we can refer you to a suitable retailer. 

  • Q. How long will it take for my order to get to me?

    Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Page for our shipping options including estimated time frames. Generally, the closer you are to Australia, the faster you will receive your order. Feel free to get in touch at if you have further questions regarding delivery times. 

  • Q. Can I make changes to my order?

    P.E Nation is unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, as we work hard to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If you have made a mistake with the items you have purchased, or the nominated shipping address for your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and we may be able to intercept the dispatch of your order and change this for you. Please note that although we will try our best, it is not always possible to change order details in time and therefore P.E Nation cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer. 

  • Q. How do I track my order online?

    You will be sent a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email, alternatively you can track your order in the "My Orders" section of your account. 

  • Q. How do I know my order was placed successfully?

    As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the nominated email adress attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact us at

  • Q. Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?

    Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. These are determined and applied by your local customs and are not the responsibilty of P.E Nation. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes. 

  • Q. I need to make a return, how do I do this?

    Please review our Delivery & Returns Page for further information on our returns policy, and instructions on how to return. If you have not received, or lost your Returns Form, please contact us at and we will supply you with one. 

  • Q. Does P.E Nation cover the costs of returns?

    All costs associated with returning items to P.E Nation are at the responsibility of the customer.

  • Q. Can I personally return my order to the Sydney Head Office?

    P.E Nation does not hold stock, or process any orders/returns at our Head Office. All orders and returns are processed at our off-site warehouse, and this address can be found on the returns form you will have received with your order. 

  • Q. Can I return sale items?

    Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, other than in the event of them being faulty. We recommend shopping sale items carefully to avoid disappointment, please get in touch with us at if you need help with sizing. 

  • Q. I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

    Oh dear - although we hope this never happens, if you have received an item with a defect then please contact us at and we will organise a replacement and/or solution as soon as possible. 

  • Q. How do P.E Gift Cards work?

    P.E Gift Cards are an online e-voucher and will be sent via email to the nominated recipient. You can choose between different Gift Card values, and the recipient can use this on any item online at Your Gift Card will be sent to the recipient shortly after you complete the purchase, so if you would like the recipient to receive the Gift Card at a later date, then we suggest popping your own email into the recipient field and simply sending this to them on the special day or occasion.  

  • Q. I made a purchase using a Gift Card, can I return this?

    You are welcome to return purchases placed using P.E Nation Gift Card, this amount will be credited to your account to re-purchase online. Under no circumstances can a Gift Card be reimbursed for cash. 

  • Q. I'm interested in being a stockist of P.E Nation, how do I go about this?
