RETURNS POLICY:

P.E NATION accepts returns for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. We will happily provide a full refund, or a size swap if you have chosen the wrong size.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
  2. All original tags must remain attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in original condition and unworn.
  4. Return must include original invoice and Returns Form including an R.A Number obtained from customer service.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Any items returned outside the 10 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care trying on swimwear and wear undergarments where possible. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. P.E NATION reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.

HOW TO RETURN:

Contact P.E NATION via info@pe-nation.com to obtain an R.A Number, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. Once you have your unique R.A Number, please complete the returns form included with your order, and send your return back to:

Once received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or Paypal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to swap a size over, we will organise this and dispatch your new size within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Please ensure you post back your return using a traceable service as P.E NATION cannot be held liable for any lost packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived safely to us! P.E NATION does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.

10% OFF FOR FIRST ORDERS

P.E NATION offers 10% off on first orders for customers who join our database. Create an account with us via our homepage (or here) and a 10% discount will automatically apply to your first order once you have signed up. Discount cannot be used on sale items and is only valid on your first order. Please get in touch at info@pe-nation.com if you have any questions or issues, as we cannot refund or reimburse a voucher amount once an order has been placed.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS

All garments purchased during P.E NATION online promotions with the use of a coupon code, are subject to the Terms and Conditions specific to the relevant promotion. These Terms and Conditions are outlined on www.pe-nation.com at the time of the promotion and by purchasing with the nominated coupon code you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions and return policy surrounding the promotion.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to review all shipping and returns policies before purchase and therefore agree to these terms when ordering from P.E NATION

 

DUTIES & TAXES

P.E NATION cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be incurred by customs in the country where delivery is made. If your order is subject to any additional duties or taxes at the arrival of your country, this is unfortunately out of our control. Please contact your local custom’s offices if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to P.E NATION, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We work hard to get all orders out on the same day, however during busy periods handling time may be extended to 2 days. If you’d like an update on your order status, get in touch at info@pe-nation.com.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed, however our usual returns process is available. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email info@pe-nation.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, P.E NATION accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar (AUD$)

ITEM AVAILABILITY

As stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. On the rare occasion that a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, then get in contact with us as soon as possible at info@pe-nation.com and we will gladly offer a replacement or solution!
