P.E Nation x Leah Itsines / Nutrition Blog
Words by Felicity Bonello
One thing’s for sure we know we can’t out train our menu because ultimately, it all comes back to food and how we’re refueling ourselves. And while doing our bodies good with healthy eating habits is great, it’s all about balance and understanding the importance of clean eating while you’re detoxing. For some, recalibrating comes down to curbing refined sugar; others are more inclined to cut back on meat and other dairy products. While P.E Nation Co- founders Pip Edwards and Claire Tregoning, prefer a mostly vegan diet, they do indulge from time to time in non-vegan meals (and whatever other sweet treats might be on hand); we’re all only human! Whatever your vice, bad habits can be hard to break, so we’ve made it a little easier for you.
If you’re in need of a few recipes that’ll get you back on course, consider including the following meals hand picked by Pip and Claire, designed by creative cook and best selling author Leah Itsines, in your diet. Leah knows that having a positive relationship with food is key; and for those of us who might shay away from cooking, these recipes are super easy and designed to fit in with your life.
P.E Nation will have you looking good, and these recipes will have you feeling good too.
